To start your reservation, please fill out the booking form on our website or email the following details for all travelers to reservas@inkatimetours.com:
Personal Info: Full Name (as it appears on passport), Passport Number, Nationality, and Date of Birth. (Or simply attach a photo of the passport data page).
Flights: Arrival and Departure details (Airline, Flight Number, and Schedules).
🎓 Important for Students (Under 25 years old): To qualify for the student discount, you must send a copy of your University Student Card.
Requirements: The card must be made of PVC material and visibly show: University Name, Student’s Name, Photo, and a valid Expiration Date (must be valid for the date of the visit).
Note: ISIC cards are not accepted.
🔒 Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is used exclusively to nominate your official tickets and is never shared with third parties.
To secure your spaces, a partial payment (deposit) is required based on the type of tour:
Machu Picchu by Train (1 or 2 Days): US$ 200.00 per person.
Multi-day Tours & Treks: 50% of the total price.
Small Tours (Price under US$ 150): 100% payment is required.
💰 Payment of the Balance: The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in Cusco at least one day before your tour starts (during your briefing).
Cash: We accept US Dollars or Peruvian Soles (at the day’s exchange rate).
Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, etc. (Note: Card payments in the office have an 8% surcharge).
