At Inka Time Peru SAC, we take our responsibility to protect children and adolescents very seriously. For this reason, we fully comply with the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents against Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism (ESNNA Code) — a national policy in Peru promoted by MINCETUR.
The ESNNA Code aims to prevent and eradicate the sexual exploitation of minors within the tourism sector by promoting safe, ethical, and responsible practices among all tourism-related businesses.
✔ Signed Affidavit
We have voluntarily adopted the ESNNA Code, formally accepting our responsibility to help prevent this crime.
✔ Staff Training
All our team members receive training to identify, prevent, and appropriately respond to any situation that may put children or adolescents at risk.
✔ Client Information and Awareness
We inform our travelers about the importance of protecting minors, encouraging responsible and respectful tourism.
✔ Mandatory Reporting
We are committed to immediately reporting any sign or suspicion of child sexual exploitation to the relevant authorities.
Failure to comply with the ESNNA Code may result in legal and administrative sanctions, including fines, suspension, or even cancellation of operating licenses and authorizations.
